How We Work

Orders are placed through our website only.

1. Place your order online – Select the items you require and submit your order through our website.
2. Stock confirmation – We first confirm stock availability. This can take up to 1 business day.
3. Payment – Once stock has been confirmed, we will email you the order confirmation and banking details. Only make payment once you have received this email — even if you have ordered from us before.
4. Order processing – Once your payment has been received and processed, your order will be ready for collection or dispatched by courier within 3 business days.
5. Collection – Collections are by appointment only, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 11:00. No courier or e-hailing collections are permitted.
6. Courier delivery – Courier charges are volume and destination-based and will be added after checkout. Courier delivery is estimated at 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. Outlying areas may take longer.
7. Oversized, bulky or irregularly shaped items, such as doors, bumpers and fenders, are available for collection only. Please check the product description to confirm whether an item can be sent by courier.

• We only stock the items listed on our website. Current prices and stock availability are shown on the relevant product pages.
• Please make sure you are ordering the correct parts before placing your order. We supply the items that were ordered. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility with an Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI) approved workshop before ordering.
• Please view the product image and read the relevant product information and website policies before placing your order.
• Products listed are aftermarket and any reference to the names of the auto makes and vehicle models are solely for the purchaser to identify the applicable scope of such parts and are in no way used as trademarks.
