This warranty is valid only when products are purchased directly from JCT AUTO PARTS. Please review our Warranty and Guarantee terms below to understand your coverage.
Limited Warranty:
JCT AUTO PARTS stands behind the quality of its JCT AFTERMARKET branded products. We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. To qualify for warranty coverage, the items must be fitted by an RMI approved workshop. If your product displays a defect covered by our warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge.
Warranty Coverage:
- Our limited warranty covers defects that arise from normal use, provided the product has been correctly installed and maintained in accordance with the product’s instructions and specifications.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product.
- It’s important to note that warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, or acts of nature.
- Please be aware that our warranty covers the item only and does not include shipping costs associated with returning the part for inspection or sending out a replacement. If a part needs to be sent back for evaluation, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Similarly, if a replacement part needs to be sent to the customer, the shipping cost for the replacement is the customer’s responsibility.
To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide your invoice from JCT AUTO PARTS, the original invoice from the RMI approved workshop, indicating the date of fitment. Additionally, the workshop must fill out a job card explaining the problem and email it to us.
Limited Warranty for Non-RMI Workshop Installations:
For customers who opt not to use an RMI approved workshop for installation, we offer a limited warranty for 30 days from the purchase date. If you find any defects in the product during this period, you may return the new, unused item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% may apply to cover the costs associated with inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the item
Fitment and Alignment:
At JCT AUTO PARTS, we prioritize your satisfaction and the correct fitment of our products. The correct fitment and alignment of the purchased items are the sole responsibility of the fitter or workshop. We will assist with fitment and alignment issues only if the person or workshop fitting the item can provide proof of qualification and expertise.
To avail of our assistance, please fill out a Job card stating the specific fitment and alignment issues encountered. For workshops, it is mandatory to be RMI approved or vetted by JCT AUTO PARTS to receive our support in addressing fitment-related concerns.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from incorrect fitment or alignment. Warranty claims related to fitment and alignment issues will only be entertained if the above-mentioned conditions are met.
